Melissa Garcia, LAC, is a licensed associate counselor specializing in cognitive processing therapy (CPT). She earned her master’s degree in counseling at Lamar University and her bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation services at University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Beginning her journey with Trauma Counseling Associates in 2025, Melissa is licensed in Arizona, Colorado and Texas. Born and raised in Texas, she now happily calls Arizona home. A devoted wife and mother, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, sharing good food, laughter and weekend adventures.
