Alyssa Shaffer

Alyssa Shaffer is a Licensed Associate Counselor. She received her Master of Counseling from Arizona State University with a focus on crisis work and family dynamics. Alyssa has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care. As a cultural relational therapist Alyssa believes the trust built between the therapist and client leads to empowerment and transformation for the client. She is concentrated on building community connections and making mental health treatment more accessible to all. In her free time Alyssa enjoys traveling and playing with her two dogs.
